You can ask us to delete your Vicky account, and the personal data tied to it, at any time.
Open the Vicky app, go to Profile → Your data, and tap Delete my account. Confirming sends a deletion request to our team, who carry out the deletion — this is not an instant, automatic action.
From your account's own email address, write to us and tell us you want your account deleted: [email protected].
Your account data (name, email, role) is deleted within 30 days of the request. Your AI chat conversations are deleted with your account. Some data may be kept longer in a form that no longer identifies you, as our Privacy Policy explains.
